Chin Community Engagement Workshops

The ADF is holding a series of workshops to help build an improved understanding of how alcohol awareness within the Chin Community. This series of workshops is part of the Connecting Diversity project, a two-year project funded by VicHealth.

Each workshop will offer supportive environment for participants to learn about alcohol and it’s impacts on our health as well as offering a space to discuss how we address alcohol-related issues on a community level.

Discussions from these workshops will help inform how the ADF co-develops initiatives and activities with the Chin community that engage and educate around alcohol and its related harms.

Each workshop will be facilitated in Hakha Chin, Burmese and English and run for around two hours. Food and refreshments will be provided.
