The International Cannabinoid Research Society was originally established to support collaboration of professionals interested in cannabinoid research. The organisation is non-profit and not affiliated with political or religious views. Content on the site is limited to a list of research papers (access may be restricted based on Journal publisher), and information about past/future conferences. Aside from membership and donations, it is not clear how ICRS is funded.

Formed in 2016, they connect grassroots groups of students and young people around Australia to a wide network of experts and policymakers.
